Such serious incidents are not in the jurisdiction of the Conservancy (although they may also involve some By-law breaches), but details of these incidents should also be copied to them as above.
Any incidences to do with the railway, or people trespassing on it should be reported to the British transport police as well but if danger is imminent or actual ring 999.
