The first page you get in the modify section will list all the crews you have entered for your club. You can click on the radio button of the crew you want to modify in the case shown below we are going to modify Cantabs F1 crew. Next click on the "Shuffle Crew" button.

Now you will see the crew as shown below with the exceptions ticked. Please note that if you modify a crew on Wednesday that you will not be able to modify Tuesdays entry, and on Thursday you will not be able to modify Tuesday or Wednesday. and so on. All modifications should be done in accordance with teh rules which allows them up till 4pm on the day of the race, after that the changes must be notified to the gunshed and then added to the website before 10.30pm when the day will be locked.

Also note in the example below the exception changes between Tuesday and Wednesday. Once you have modified the crew press the modify crew button and check that all is OK.
